Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Service Relationship Manager to be based out of Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in Wealth Management. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and should be able to engage with HNI clients seamlessly. The candidate should have good understanding of digital platforms, should be able to onboard clients on to digital channels and should be able to resolve their queries efficiently. Responsibilities:1. Managing the onboarding and servicing of HNI clients on digital platforms2. Ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely resolution to client queries3. Evangelizing the usage of digital platforms among clients and educating them on the benefits4. Maintaining regular client connect and updating them on product and service enhancements5. Ensuring seamless digital experience for the clients6. Undertaking analytical work to improve the digital proposition for clientsRequirements:1. 5-7 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in Wealth Management2. Strong understanding of digital platforms and services3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written4. Ability to engage effectively with HNI clients5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills6. Familiarity with financial products and services7. Strong interpersonal and team management skills
