About the role

As a Stock Plan Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the company's stock plan. This includes processing stock transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the stock plan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the day-to-day administration of the company's stock plan, including processing stock option exercises, restricted stock unit vesting, and stock purchase transactions. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all stock plan activity. Prepare and distribute employee equity statements. Assist with the preparation of annual reporting and tax documents related to the stock plan. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on stock plan policies and procedures. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure the stock plan is operating in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
