Position Overview We are looking for a talented Sr Data Analyst to join our dynamic data team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex datasets, deriving actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various business units. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker. Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from Snowflake and other data sources. Assist in migrating business logic from Looker to scalable data pipelines. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and regular checks. Qualifications Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting. Experience with Looker. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into data requirements. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Snowflake and dbt is a plus. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Knowledge of data quality tools and best practices. Exposure to data engineering concepts and working alongside data engineers
