We’re hiring Diploma Graduates in Mechanical Engineering for hands-on roles in our dive operations and equipment servicing team across:
📍 Vashi (Maharashtra)
📍 Havelock Island (Andaman)
📍 Neil Island (Andaman)
We are a 20+ year-old leading dive training centre based in the Andamans, operating year-round and training certified scuba divers across experience programs, advanced courses, and professional certifications.
Role Overview
This is an on-site, workshop and dive-centre based role ideal for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy working with tools and systems. You will support scuba equipment servicing, regulator maintenance, cylinder inspections, compressor systems (training provided), workshop management, and dive logistics.
You’ll also maintain service logs, track inventory, ensure safety standards, and assist in daily dive operations. Candidates should be comfortable handling tools, reading service manuals, maintaining documentation (Excel/Google Sheets), and working in a structured, process-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong mechanical fundamentals & tool handling skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Open to field work and operational schedules (6 days/week; weekends working)
- Willingness to learn scuba systems and undergo dive training (preferred)
