Tega McNally Minerals Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented SR. Manager / Manager- Equipment Sales to spearhead business growth across Pan India. We are looking for candidate with strong sales acumen, technical capability, leadership excellence, and a proven track record of driving revenue in the industrial equipment sector. The role involves selling high-value equipment including Crushers, Screens, Feeders, Bulk Material Handling Systems, Mineral Beneficiation Solutions, and Wastewater Management Systems.
Location - East (Kolkata) , North (Delhi), South (Bangalore)
Role Description
Sales & Business Development:
-
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the domestic market.
- Lead the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and technical solution pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and prepare optimized techno-commercial proposals.
- Present sales performance updates, revenue projections, and realistic forecasts to senior leadership teams.
Client Relationship Management:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers to maximize retention and reduce competitive churn.
- Grow existing accounts by proactively identifying opportunities and offering solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high customer satisfaction and service standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, technically strong sales team.
- Drive continuous development through training, motivation, and product knowledge enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tender evaluations, proposal documentation, and technical bid analysis.
Brand Promotion:
- Promote Tega McNally Minerals’ solutions by representing the organization at industry events, client meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in industrial/B2B equipment sales, ideally involving Crushers, Screens, Feeders, Grinding Mills. (In any 2/3 equipment in-depth knowledge)
- Prior experience in the mechanical manufacturing or heavy engineering industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, negotiation capability, and the ability to drive business outcomes.
