Job Description
- Must have done ITP
- Should be able to setup reports in Equation
- Should have knowledge of Control files for deployment and understanding of how to setup input function
- How to add changes and support End of day
- Should be able to understand the User exits write code for it
- Should have clear understanding of Equation API structures and should be able to write new APIs
- What is the difference between various API naming conventions e.g. H56HSR, X56HMR etc.
- Should know about Additional Equation information and how to add at customer level, account level etc.
- Should have clear verbal and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Configure and execute ITP testing and support system validations
- Set up and maintain Equation reports and related configurations
- Manage control files, deployments, and input function setup
- Implement changes and provide End-of-Day (EOD) support
- Develop and support user exits and required customizations
- Design, enhance, and support Equation APIs
- Apply correct API naming conventions and integration standards
- Configure additional Equation information at customer, account, and other levels
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide clear verbal and written communication in English
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Finastra Equation applications
- Proven expertise in ITP, Equation APIs, user exits, control files, and report setup
- Experience in End-of-Day (EOD) processing
- Good understanding of banking domain concepts and core banking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
