About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented Backend Architect to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in Java and Golang will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling backend systems that power cutting-edge products and platforms.

As a Backend Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set the technical vision, and define scalable architecture that can support millions of users while ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and architect scalable and resilient backend systems using Java and Golang.
2. Lead and mentor backend engineering teams across projects.
3. Make architectural decisions aligned with product goals, business requirements, and future scaling needs.
4. Define best practices for software engineering, code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
5. Review code, provide guidance on technical decisions, and ensure high engineering standards.
6. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, product, and QA teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
7. Evaluate and implement tools, technologies, and frameworks that enhance productivity and performance.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in backend engineering with a strong command of Java and Golang.
2. Proven experience architecting and deploying scalable microservices-based systems.
3. Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs.
4. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
5. Proficiency in CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus).
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and lead technical discussions.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
2. Exposure to GraphQL or gRPC.
3. Background in enterprise-level SaaS platforms or high-traffic consumer applications.
