Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Epub Developer. The Epub Developer will be responsible for creating, formatting, and maintaining ePub files to ensure they meet industry standards and organizational requirements. The role involves collaborating with content teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing enhancements to improve the quality of e-publishing outputs. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compatibility across various eReader devices and platforms while maintaining version control and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science fundamentals
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development principles
- Experience with Programming languages and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to optimize workflows
- Familiarity with ePub development tools, formats, and industry standards is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous
