How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our transformation to a unified delivery model, Epsilon has formalized the Engagement Management function to orchestrate delivery of our products and services to our clients. Moving from product-centric teams to functional service teams adds complexity and requires greater attention to the way we engage clients, and Engagement Management drives client outcomes and value through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams. We lead orchestration and integration of Epsilon teams, products and services to deliver contracted work in a more consistent manner across functional teams.
What You’ll Achieve
- Work within the Engagement Management team to execute activities for our client accounts.
- Help to ensure client satisfaction with contracted Epsilon products and services
- Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver Epsilon products and services
- Support the engagement management team for assigned Client(s) by understanding financials, facilitating processes, and documenting key aspects of engagement
- Responsible for day-to-day engagement of program execution:
- Coordinating activity across Epsilon and client/partner teams
- Ensuring accurate documentation is in place to support campaign management (e.g., BRD writing/reviews, status reporting, operational reporting)
- A good understanding in client’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and timelines

Base Salary: $64,000-$84,000
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
