Senior Business Systems Analyst

Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in .NET to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and software development within the .NET ecosystem Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft and other Similar frameworks and Technologies. Work with .NET development teams to understand system architecture, APIs, and data flows and troubleshoot the issues from the Business perspective. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables. Create and manage system documentation, including use cases, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagram Excellent skills and hands on experience in understanding frontend applications along with middleware and backend. Maintain high standards of software quality testing/validation within the team by establishing best practices and processes. Ability to think creatively to push beyond the boundaries of existing practices and mindsets. Use knowledge to create new and improve existing processes in terms of design and performance. Intermediate to Expert knowledge on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, collections, transactional modeling, database normalization, indexing methods, constraints, and object usage. Basic understanding of Database design is a must. Package and support deployment of releases. Participate , plan and execute in team building activities fun activities.
