How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Product Design Intern to join a team that is focused on creating create useful, usable, and desirable digital experiences for our industry leading Marketing and Data solutions.

As a Product Design Intern you will work cross functionally amongst UI Designers, UX Designers, and UX Researchers. As a Product Design Intern you will engage in individual, one-on-one, and team reviews of design work to iteratively identify and act upon opportunities for improvement and refinement This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

What You’ll Achieve

• Impact: You’ll engage with users to better understand their workflows, needs, and pain points, ultimately informing the implementation of sound information and interaction patterns that help users manage and complete their tasks with simplicity, efficiency, and delight.
• Career Growth: You will learn to translate complex business requirements into coherent and usable experiences via the creation of design documentation (including user flow diagrams, sitemaps, wireframes, visual design mockups, and / or prototypes).
  
  

Epsilon’s Internship Program

As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment.

Who You Are

• What you’ll bring with you:
• Must have an outstanding portfolio to showcase previous projects.
• Passion for design with the attention to detail to prove it.
• The skill to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• The ability to be detail oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with other design software such as Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop), Zeplin, Abstract, and OmniGraffle
• Why you might stand out from other talent:
• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media or related field preferred
• 0-1 years of professional work experience
• Experience working with Sketch or Axure is a plus
  

Base Salary: $32/hr.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
