Developer 2 - Referral Job

The Sales Compensation Systems team at Epsilon is responsible for implementing new technologies and supporting existing solutions and processes that impact the Sales Compensation organization. We are currently seeking a skilled Developer to join our team in Bangalore, India, to support financial systems and sales compensation initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will partner closely with the FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Operations teams, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales Compensation Systems based in the U.S. The individual will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of financial, business intelligence, and sales compensation systems. Experience with tools like Xactly or Varicent. Responsible for configuring incentive plans, managing crediting logic, automating workflows, validating payout data, and generating dashboards to support compensation analysis and compliance. On the financial systems side: Design and implement ETL processes. Develop data models with facts and dimensions. Build BI reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making. Essential to have a strong grasp of: Data architecture. Large-scale data handling. Ability to work cross-functionally to support month-end close processes and ongoing operational needs.
