Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an EPR Compliance Executive. Responsibilities include managing and ensuring compliance with EPR regulations, staying updated on regulatory changes, and developing strategies for effective compliance. The role involves coordinating with waste management partners, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring proper documentation to meet audit requirements. The EPR Compliance Executive will also engage with stakeholders to address compliance queries and foster alignment with regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Law, with experience in compliance processes and regulations.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and team members.
- Analytical Skills to assess data, prepare reports, and develop strategies for compliance adherence.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and maintain audit readiness.
- Proficiency in using technology for regulatory reporting and document management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Studies, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the National EPR portals and prior experience within the environmental compliance industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
