Eyantram Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is building one of India’s most advanced integrated e-waste recycling and resource recovery platforms. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a sharp, detail-driven EPR Compliance Executive who understands regulatory frameworks and can manage compliance with precision and professionalism.
This role sits at the intersection of environmental regulation, circular economy, and producer responsibility, ensuring that Eyantram remains fully aligned with the E-Waste Management Rules and the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor EPR compliance obligations in accordance with CPCB guidelines and E-Waste Management Rules.
• Coordinate with Producers, Importers and Brand Owners (PIBOs) for fulfilment of their EPR targets through Eyantram’s recycling operations.
• Maintain and reconcile EPR certificates, recycling documentation, manifests, and compliance records.
• Handle CPCB / SPCB portal filings, registrations, and regulatory submissions.
• Track material inflow, processing data, and recycling output to ensure accurate compliance reporting.
• Work closely with plant operations to ensure traceability and documentation of recycled material.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new producer EPR partnerships.
• Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory audits, inspections, and government reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental compliance protocols and statutory timelines.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who combine regulatory discipline with operational clarity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Law, Commerce, or related discipline.
Experience
2 – 5 years of experience in environmental compliance, EPR management, regulatory reporting, or sustainability operations.
Experience with CPCB/SPCB portals, environmental filings, or waste management compliance will be a strong advantage.
