Role Description The EPR Business Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for driving Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) business opportunities and partnerships. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting market research on EPR regulations and industry trends, and developing strategies to expand Greenech Resolutions’ EPR services. The EPR Business Developer will engage with clients and stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups to understand their needs and propose tailored EPR solutions. Daily tasks include managing a pipeline of leads, preparing proposals and commercial offers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools. The role also includes supporting negotiations, participating in industry events, and providing feedback to enhance products, processes, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market data, evaluate EPR opportunities, and interpret regulatory requirements.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales or business development pipeline.
- Market Research capabilities to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging EPR and sustainability opportunities.
- Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, address client concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in waste management, recycling, EPR, or environmental services is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data reporting.
