EPOS is looking for a Student Assistant, Global Marketing Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a can-do attitude. This position offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various key functions within our organization.

We are looking for someone who can work on average 15 hours per week at our office in Ballerup. We are of course flexible around exam periods, and we do allow working from home when the tasks allow it, so you can balance work and study. You can look forward to an exciting position where you can develop your skills in both sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Sales & Marketing Materials

• Prepare comprehensive briefs for the creation of diverse sales and marketing materials.
• Regularly update existing materials based on market feedback and product developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the optimization and continuous improvement of materials, ensuring the accuracy of product information and the timely delivery of all content.
  
  
  

Manage the Translation of Materials

• Ensure timely translation and distribution of materials to relevant markets, adhering to project deadlines.
• Organize translation requests for efficiency, following EPOS’ established translation process.
  
  
  

Maintain EPOS Asset Management Platform

• Upload new assets, replace existing assets when updates are available, and ensure assets are displayed correctly.
• Communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• On-going removal and clean-up of outdated materials.
  
  
  

Project management

• Assist in the planning and execution of materials for product launches and other marketing activities.
• Monitor project status and deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to reach project goals.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business, Marketing and Communications, or a related field
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Speak and write fluent English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
