Job Title: EPM Tagetik Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced EPM Tagetik Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in implementing and managing enterprise performance management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tagetik, deep understanding of financial processes, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions for planning, consolidation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and manage Tagetik EPM solutions for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business performance management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide recommendations on best practices, system optimization, and data integration strategies.
- Participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and maintain data accuracy.
- Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Work closely with global teams in a UK shift environment to deliver timely solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in EPM Tagetik implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial Consolidation
- Budgeting & Planning
- Reporting & Analytics
- Workflow Automation
- Proficiency in SQL, data integration, and reporting tools.
- Experience working in UK shifts and collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with finance and technical teams.
Additional Requirements
- Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory.
- Vendor must share PF challan on a monthly basis.
