As an EPM - FCCS, ARCS - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of Oracle enterprise performance management solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Analyzing client needs to design and deploy Oracle-based solutions that enhance financial planning and analysis processes
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of performance management initiatives
- Utilizing skills in business process analysis and financial forecasting to optimize client operations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address performance management challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in Oracle enterprise performance management
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within performance management frameworks
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
- Managing account reconciliation processes effectively
- Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting
- Developing skills in financial planning and forecasting
