We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team and drive transformation across manufacturing finance and planning through Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
🔹 Position 1: EPM Solution Architect (Manufacturing)
Role Overview:
Act as the strategic bridge between plant operations and corporate finance, enabling data-driven decision-making across global manufacturing entities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end EPM implementations (Oracle / Anaplan / SAP)
• Design and integrate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with Supply Chain Finance
• Drive multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation frameworks
• Implement complex Bill of Materials (BOM) costing models
Requirements:
✔ 8+ years of relevant experience
✔ Strong expertise in EPM architecture within manufacturing
✔ Hands-on experience in global consolidation and costing models
🔹 Position 2: EPM Functional Consultant (Manufacturing)
Role Overview:
Configure and optimize EPM systems to enable accurate costing, forecasting, and performance tracking at plant and SKU levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop driver-based models for COGS, labor, and raw material forecasting
• Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs. Standards)
• Enable detailed plant-level reporting and SKU profitability analysis
Requirements:
✔ 4+ years of relevant experience
✔ Strong understanding of Manufacturing Accounting
✔ Experience with costing, forecasting, and financial modeling
