As an EPM - EPBCS - Associate - Consult, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client requirements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Developing and maintaining financial planning and analysis processes to enhance client performance
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
- Engaging in resource allocation and cost management to support client financial objectives
- Applying business rules development to improve organizational effectiveness and performance management
- Supporting the creation of budgets and financial forecasts to guide client decision-making processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF)
- Engaging in Business Process Analysis and Optimization Models
- Applying knowledge of Financial Planning and Financial Forecasting
- Excelling in Strategic Data Analysis and Performance Management Software
