EPM Architect (Endpoint Privileged Management)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Privileged Management Architect to design, implement, and manage privileged access solutions across Windows, Unix/Linux, server, endpoint, and database environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Delinea/Centrify platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) solutions across enterprise systems.
- Configure policies, privilege elevation rules, least privilege controls, and RBAC models.
- Perform installation, upgrades, agent rollout, testing, and production deployment.
- Integrate EPM tools with IAM, IDP, ITSM, SIEM, and security platforms.
- Manage privileged access across Windows, Unix/Linux, and database systems.
- Troubleshoot complex access/security issues and provide L3 support.
- Work with infrastructure, security, IAM, and application teams globally.
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Delinea
- Strong Windows Server and Unix/Linux administration
- Privilege management / PAM / IAM expertise
- RBAC implementation experience
- Database privilege management (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication
Nice to Have:
- PowerShell / Python / Bash scripting
- Active Directory Bridge / NIS / NIS+
- Exposure to ITSM and endpoint security tools
