About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office management, handling IT assets, maintaining inventory, monitoring office cleanliness, and supporting employee lifecycle processes such as no-dues clearance. This role requires excellent organizational and management skills, along with the ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and act as the first point of contact for administrative matters.
  • Oversee office floor management, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Handle IT asset management including allocation, tracking, and periodic audits.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of office supplies, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
  • Assistance and co-ordination for Employee kits during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate no-dues clearance during employee exit formalities in collaboration with HR.
  • Monitor and ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility management, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Oversee security and access control systems (ID cards, visitor logs, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and escalate issues as required.
  • Support event coordination (meetings, and employee engagement activities).
  • Provide general support to employees and management for administrative requests.


Key Requirements

  • Any degree/PUC/Diploma
  • Proven experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with IT asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
