Associate Product Manager

What this role is about : We are looking for Associate Product Managers who possess a passion for pushing technology to the limits and finding creative solutions that make an impact for our users. They will work closely with user research and cross-functional teams to identify product insights, create the product vision, drive development, launch high-quality product experiences and continuously iterate. Ability to understand and evaluate complex engineering systems and suggest creative solutions by collaborating closely with engineering. Excellent product design skills with solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows Strong business acumen Intuitive but data-driven combining power of analytics and heuristics with innovative customer validation techniques Ability to marshall consensus and sell product vision both internally and externally. You should apply if You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. You have 1-3 years of experience in product design or product management. You're passionate about building the best possible user experience and you monitor your metrics to see whether you're delivering Experience managing a team and developing internet or media products and technologies would be highly preferred. End-to-end product management experience with software/web technologies (e.g. on mobile). You are proficient in Figma or Sketch and have experience in software development You're passionate about sharing your knowledge and have mentored other product managers You are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans You have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative and excited by ideating/ building You have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability You seek high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures
