This role is the hub of daily operations—managing client and staff schedules, answering phones, and keeping the office running smoothly. Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules for clients and clinical staff (RBTs/BCBAs)

Manage cancellations, call-offs, and coverage needs

Answer phones and serve as a professional first point of contact for families

Respond to emails/voicemails and route communication appropriately

Maintain accurate records and support general office operations

Assist with onboarding tasks and other administrative duties as needed
Preferred Skills & Experience
-
Experience in healthcare administration, medical office, or similar setting strongly preferred

Proven scheduling experience (multi-provider or service-based scheduling a plus)

Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Clear, professional communication with both families and staff

Comfortable with scheduling systems, EMRs, and Google Workspace
