Role Purpose

To safeguard the organization’s financial interests by detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, minimizing

revenue leakage, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information and reporting processes.

Key Accountabilities And Activities

  • Handling of fraud checks, including but not limited to:
  • Suspicious and/or fraudulent network activity
  • Internal processes verifications
  • Main point of contact for customer vetting.
  • Main point of contact for fraud cases.
  • Main point of contact for revenue leakage cases.
  • Handling of revenue assurance checks.
  • Handling of trouble tickets related to fraud and revenue assurance.
  • Uses BI tools and SQL to obtain data from the data warehouse for investigations.
  • On-call for any fraud incident.

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

  • University degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related area.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in fraud detection, revenue assurance, data analysis, or similar fields.
  • Experience working with data sets, SQL
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Telecom industry experience is considered a strong asset.
