QA Manager

As a QA Manager at Epic Games, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of quality assurance professionals in ensuring the high quality and polish of our games. You will work closely with development teams to define and implement quality strategies, manage testing efforts, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes. Key responsibilities include:- Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth- Define and drive the overall quality strategy and testing roadmap for your assigned project(s)- Work closely with development teams to understand project goals, risks, and quality requirements- Oversee test planning, test case development, and execution to ensure comprehensive coverage- Analyze test results, identify and prioritize issues, and drive timely resolution- Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement within your team and across the organizationQualifications:- 3+ years of experience managing a QA team in a game development or software engineering environment- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Proficient in test planning, test case design, and test execution- Experienced in root cause analysis and issue resolution- Passionate about quality and committed to driving excellence
