🔹 Hiring: EPC Tendering Executive (Delhi NCR)
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented EPC Tendering Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities for our projects in and around Delhi NCR.
📍 Location:
Delhi NCR (On-site / Hybrid)
💼 Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quotations and costing
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and cost estimates
- Attend pre-bid meetings and handle queries/clarifications
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with all tender requirements
- Maintain records of tenders, bids, and outcomes
🎯 Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in EPC tendering / estimation / bidding
- Strong understanding of BOQ analysis, costing, and documentation
- Familiarity with GeM, e-procurement, and government tender portals
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
⭐ Preferred:
- Experience in electrical / transmission / cables / infrastructure projects
- Prior experience with government tenders
