We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC Execution (Pune, Maharashtra)
We are looking for a highly experienced Solar Project Manager to lead execution of C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects.
Mandatory Requirements :-
- 7+ years of experience in Solar EPC execution.
- Strong on-site project management and team handling experience.
- Expertise in solar PV systems, electrical works, and commissioning.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be based in Maharashtra.
- Immediate joiner or available within 30 days only (requirement)
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead end-to-end execution of C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion
- Supervise on-site activities including installation, electrical works, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth execution
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and manage scope changes
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and successful project handover
- Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization to maintain profitability
