Expression of Interest: Zoho Experience | Australia & India Opportunities
We are currently building a high-impact, cross-functional delivery team for upcoming Zoho Experience engagements across Australia and India. These initiatives will focus on enterprise transformation, CRM modernisation, and scalable business process optimisation.
We’re inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals across the following roles:
🔹 Program Manager
Lead end-to-end program delivery across regions, manage governance, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, and ensure successful execution of large-scale Zohoimplementations.
🔹 Scrum Master
Drive agile delivery across distributed teams, facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure consistent velocity and delivery outcomes.
🔹 Functional Business Analyst (Aviation Management, Property CRM)
Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design solutions aligned to Zoho applications. Domain experience in aviation systems or property/real estate CRM environments will be highly valuable.
🔹 Organisational Change Management (OCM)
Lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption initiatives to ensure smooth transition and business readiness.
🔹 Test Manager
Define and manage end-to-end testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, automation, and defect management, ensuring quality delivery across all phases.
🌏 Location & Engagement Model
• Opportunities across Australia (onsite/hybrid) and India (offshore delivery)
• Ability to work in distributed, global delivery teams
• Flexible engagement across contract and project-based roles
💡 What we’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, or related apps)
• Proven track record in enterprise digital transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Experience working in multi-vendor, multi-geo environments
