What You’ll Do:

  • Lead sustainability operations, including GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3) and data management for complex energy and fuel inputs.
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate energy data and metrics to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Support sustainability reporting using frameworks such as GHG Protocol, TCFD, SASB, and GRESB.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements through data-driven insights.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Prepare and complete compliance reports for government frameworks (EPS, NPRI, LCEF, CIB) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


What You Bring:

  • Technical expertise in sustainability operations and energy data management.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in thermal energy systems, project management, GHG accounting and sustainability reporting.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about decarbonization.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in district energy systems, centralized heating/cooling, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical) or equivalent technical background.
  • Professional certifications in sustainability or energy management (LEED AP, CEM, SASB, etc.).
  • Experience with digital tools for data analysis and visualization (Excel, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with regulatory and investor sustainability reporting requirements.
