We are currently searching for Temporary FullTime Marketing interns for our Corporate Memphis office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with designing property flyers and social media graphics
- Review property online listings for accuracy and consistency
- Draft social media captions and content calendars
- Assist with monitoring social media engagement
- Help evaluate Google listings and property websites
- Organize marketing resources or templates for property teams
- Assist with survey creation and data review
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Must be a current high school or college student.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- Social Media, General Marketing & Computer Knowledge and Skills are required.
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook;
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects and changing deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Effective written and oral communication skills including the ability to read and interpret documents,
- Write correspondence, develop training materials, and speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of people.
- Attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form.
- Ability to additional hours as needed to complete duties
