The Specialist Paid Media is responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance management of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role is highly hands-on, and execution focused, owning campaign launches, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting to drive measurable growth and continuous improvement across all paid digital efforts.

Paid Time Off: Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
Responsibilities
- Supports the setup and execution of paid media campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, following established processes and direction from senior team members.
- Assists with launching and monitoring campaigns to support lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement goals.
- Tracks daily budget spend and pacing, escalating issues or variances to senior team members as needed.
- Helps with basic optimization tasks, such as updating targeting settings, adjusting bids, rotating creative assets, and maintaining keyword or placement lists.
- Monitors standard campaign performance metrics to identify basic trends or issues and report findings to the team.
- Prepares and updates routine performance reports and dashboards using predefined templates.
- Coordinates with internal partners to ensure campaign assets and messaging are provided on time and align with campaign requirements.
- Learns paid media platform features, policies, and best practices through training, documentation, and hands ‑on experience.
- Ensures assigned tasks follow brand guidelines, platform policies, and data privacy standards, under guidance from senior staff.

- Proven experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Performance‑driven mindset with a strong focus on testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Clear communicator, capable of presenting results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment with high ownership and accountability.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field required.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform reporting dashboards) strongly preferred
