About the role

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take a leading role in the delivery of our Water Projects.


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple diverse water treatment projects for a variety of clients.


Within this role you will be responsible for the following:


  • Constructing, commissioning, and operating temporary and permanent water treatment plants.
  • Managing quality, scope and risk, schedule and budget to deliver high quality plants.
  • Preparing and maintaining project management deliverables including project management plans and project reports.
  • Supporting, managing and developing Engineers and Site Staff.
  • Providing critical inputs to front end tender process including project execution strategies.


ABOUT YOU


To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • A Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience delivering water treatment plants up to $10m in value.
  • Experience managing sub-contractors, ensuring quality and safety, compliance, and timely project delivery.
  • Well-developed Project Management and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with PLC's, VSD's and SCADA/HMI systems.
  • Contract and budget management experience.
  • High-level organisational skills and computer literacy.
  • Strong written / verbal communication with the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with people.
