Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Chief Strategy Officer will oversee the strategic planning and development of the company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, analyzing financial and business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving executive management actions. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to shape and execute strategies that position the company for long-term success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive organizational growth and long-term success.
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of Finance and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in Executive Management and leadership to collaborate with key stakeholders and lead initiatives effectively.
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and team collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience in the construction or flooring industry is advantageous but not required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
