Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for conducting health and safety assessments, implementing EHS programs, developing workplace safety protocols, delivering safety training, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Responsibilities also include identifying workplace hazards and recommending effective safety measures to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health.
- Experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety practices.
- Skills in developing and conducting effective Safety Training programs.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to identify hazards and recommend practical safety solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
- Professional certification in occupational health or safety is a plus.
