Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist located in Bengaluru. The professional will oversee workplace safety protocols, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement effective Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) strategies. Responsibilities include conducting safety training, assessing occupational health risks, and collaborating with teams to promote and maintain a safe work environment. The role will require proactive monitoring and addressing of potential health or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety
- Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health regulations
- Experience in developing and delivering Safety Training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating risks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Relevant certifications in safety or environmental health fields are an advantage
- Previous experience in an environmental or occupational health and safety role is a plus
