Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and providing safety training. The specialist will work to identify potential workplace hazards, investigate incidents, and promote a safe and healthy work environment through proactive measures and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices and policies
- Experience with Health & Safety protocols, Occupational Health strategies, and Workplace Safety standards
- Knowledge of implementing and conducting Safety Training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessments and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in safety regulations and legal compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are advantageous
