Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The General Manager – Operations will oversee daily activities, ensuring smooth execution of club events and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, supervising team members, optimizing resource allocation, and providing excellent service to club members. The role also involves engaging in budgeting activities and facilitating collaboration among teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in General Management and managing Operations effectively
- Proficiency in Team Management and Customer Service
- Strong skills in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid environment
- Background in economics, management, or related field is an advantage
