Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. Responsibilities include implementing and overseeing workplace safety programs, managing EHS initiatives, delivering safety training, supporting compliance with health and safety standards, and conducting risk assessments. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with occupational health and sustainability practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Health & Safety and Occupational Health expertise
- Proficiency in managing Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs
- Knowledge in Workplace Safety and Safety Training
- Strong communication and leadership skills to promote safety culture
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to EHS
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are a plus
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures
