Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environmental Engineer located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for ensuring environmental compliance, conducting environmental impact assessments, developing and implementing waste management strategies, and providing consultancy on environmental and sustainability issues. The role also entails managing and improving wastewater treatment processes and contributing to sustainable environmental practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Consulting
- Experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments
- Knowledge of Wastewater Treatment and Waste Management techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience in sustainability initiatives and renewable energy projects is a plus
