🚨 We’re Hiring: EHS cum Security Officer (Manufacturing & Projects)

📍 Location: Plant & Project Sites (Across India)
🧑‍💼 Experience: 5–12 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Science)
➕ Preferred: Diploma in Industrial Safety | NEBOSH / IOSH Certification

🔎 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and Security functions across our manufacturing units and project sites. This role is critical in ensuring statutory compliance, implementing robust safety systems, and safeguarding company assets and personnel.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Implement EHS policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) and safety audits
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

🏗️ Project Safety:
• Ensure EHS compliance at construction/project sites
• Implement Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Supervise high-risk activities (WAH, lifting, electrical, confined space)

📜 Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, BOCW Act & environmental laws
• Liaise with authorities and maintain documentation

🔐 Security Management:
• Oversee plant/site security operations
• Manage access control, CCTV, and visitor systems
• Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access

🚨 Emergency & Training:
• Conduct mock drills & emergency preparedness programs
• Deliver safety trainings, inductions & toolbox talks

💡 Key Skills:
• EHS & Industrial Safety Expertise
• Security & Asset Protection
• Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation
• Contractor & Team Management
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (India)
