Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will oversee and implement the company's EHS policies, ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, investigate accidents, and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular safety audits, offering EHS training sessions, and implementing occupational health initiatives to promote a safe and sustainable work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices and policies
- Professional experience in health and safety, occupational health, and accident investigation
- Experience designing and delivering safety-focused employee training programs
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best EHS practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in renewable energy or industrial operations is a plus
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable
