Role Description
The Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager will oversee and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs for infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include conducting workplace safety inspections, implementing EHS protocols, investigating accidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The EHS Manager will also deliver training to improve occupational health practices and report on safety performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) processes
- Knowledge and application of Occupational Health standards and practices
- Experience in Accident Investigation to identify root causes and corrective actions
- Proficiency in coordinating and delivering Training programs for teams
- Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance for health and safety
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Prior experience in infrastructure projects or construction is an added advantage
- Professional certifications in EHS or Occupational Health are a plus
- Having 5 years experience in Highway industry
Qualification- Degree in B Tech with Certificate of Safety
Location - Bareilly
Salary - 35,000-40,000 Per Month
