Job Title - Maintenance & EHS Manager
Location - Faridabad, Haryana
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure minimal operational downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, spare inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
• Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment performance.
• Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Organize safety trainings, emergency drills, and employee awareness initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for licenses, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for workplace safety and sustainability.
Job Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Maintenance and EHS functions within manufacturing, engineering, medical equipment, or similar industries.
• Certifications such as Industrial Safety Diploma, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong understanding of machinery maintenance, utility systems, and EHS compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to train teams and promote a strong safety culture.
• Willingness to work full-time from office (Monday–Saturday) in Faridabad, Haryana.
• Ability to travel occasionally if required.
