Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager based in Bengaluru, with occasional remote work options. The EHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, developing and implementing workplace safety programs, and fostering a safe work environment. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing occupational health initiatives, investigating workplace incidents, and delivering training to staff on safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health
- Strong experience in Accident Investigation and conducting thorough risk assessments
- Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Training programs on workplace safety
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement safety protocols and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications, such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent, are an advantage
- Experience in real estate development or large-scale urban projects is preferred
