Operations Executive (Fresher)

To ensure smooth and efficient sea freight operations by delivering timely customer service, maintaining accurate freight rates, and supporting the team in resolving operational issues for seamless coordination with customers and overseas partners. Key responsibilities ● Ensure smooth execution of sea freight operations with high efficiency and productivity. ● Handle customer service activities for all products within the department. ● Maintain updated sea freight import/export rates and ensure monthly revisions. ● Provide timely and accurate responses to customer and overseas partner queries. ● Support and guide the Customer Service team in resolving issues with customers and overseas partners. ● Maintain clear communication and ensure quick resolution of disputes with local customers and international partners.
