Data Scientist - 25315

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for driving strategic analytics initiatives that directly impact the business. You will work closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and other data science team members to define and solve complex business problems. This role requires a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and software engineering. Responsibilities: - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify insights and opportunities for business impact - Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline - 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning - Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and model development - Strong background in statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
