SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER

AUTOMATED TEST DEVELOPMENT: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for applications with C# ASP.NET backend and Vue3 frontend. Implement test frameworks and tools to streamline test execution and reporting. Develop reusable components for testing UI, APIs, and databases. TESTING AND DEBUGGING: Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing using automation tools. Identify, log, and track bugs, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Validate software against requirements and specifications. FRAMEWORK IMPLEMENTATION: Select and configure automation frameworks compatible with the tech stack (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, NUnit, etc.). Ensure test frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and well-documented. COLLABORATION: Work closely with developers and QA teams to establish test coverage and testing strategies. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups. Provide feedback on potential risks and improvement areas in code and testing processes. PERFORMANCE AND SECURITY TESTING: Assist with performance and load testing for backend services. Validate frontend performance, including rendering times and responsiveness. Support security testing and implement test cases to identify vulnerabilities. CONTINUOUS INTEGRATION/CONTINUOUS DEPLOYMENT (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline (e.g. CircleCI, TravisCI, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc ). Collaborate on improving pipeline reliability and testing speed.
