Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in recruitment and the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and track submissions
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good learning attitude and team player mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
