Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Position located in Raipur. The role will involve assisting with daily operations, providing support across multiple departments, and contributing to the effectiveness of business processes. Responsibilities may include managing customer interactions, data entry, administrative tasks, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow operations. The role offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and innovative company environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in data entry, basic documentation, and administrative tasks
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic knowledge of tools and software commonly used in office settings (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for learning new processes and adapting to a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience in customer support or business processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications preferred
